Web Development Skillsets

I've been developing websites back when there was HTML 1.0 and those nasty pre-made java applet menu's. Now with AJAX, HTML 4.01, Adobe Flash and many other "latest and-greatest" additions, I've adapted old and new approaches to todays diabolical problems/requests.

I am currently developing with the following tools:

• VIM - Server-side Development for scripting with colour syntaxing
• PHP4/PHP5 - Medium Level Interpreted Programming Language
• Perl - Medium Level Interpreted Programming Language
• Mysql - SQL Database Server
• XML - Flat-file Database Format
• AJAX - Asynchronous JavaScript and XML
• BDB - Berkeley Database Format
• SOAP/Webservices - CGI API between unrelated applications
• HTML 4.01 - Hypertext Markup Language
• Javascript 1.x - High Level Interpreted Scripting Language
• CSS 1.0/2.0 - Cascading Style Sheets for adding style to websites
• Flash Action Script 1.0/2.0 - programming language used for scripting Adobe Flash movies.
