Who am I ?

Drew Leon Broadley (formally: Andrew)
I'm a 25 year old male whom is a self-taught professional.
I am married, living in Wellington.
I run my own business Topshelf Multimedia Ltd. (which is a shell company for my ideas and developments) and subsidary Freelance Photography (for the wedding/sports photography side)
Topshelf Multimedia Ltd. is now only a shell company.

What am I ?

I am self-taught professional. Over the years, I have gained the trait of being able to pick up new technologies/methods without a book-taught method that was concreted into my sub-conscious.
Though I work alone from my home or by myself on assignments, I can work with within a team of people and take lead. I have plenty of experience with SVN/CVS and many other "Team" applications where multiple people are working on single projects.
I am the Shepherd, not the Sheep.

What can I do ?

What are my alternative skill-sets ?

Ability to find out what the client really wants.
Ability to plan meetings and utilise the time while the doors are closed.
Ability to delegate work to the appropriate person with little waste of a persons abilities.
I have had many years alternative experience in and with non-linear editing packages. I have also done a range of video broadcasting camerawork.
I have had experience with dj'ing, studio recording and song production.
